Are the two schüetzen levers pictured both original Winchester styles?  I believe I read that the middle one which if off of a coil spring action was a later version offered by the factory.

Thanks

For what it's worth, there's a picture of  the center lever style in Campbell's book.  Didn't see a picture or illustration of the bottom one.

I saw that lever but there was not much other info on different levers.  Neither work well for my bench technique.  I replaced the middle one with a standard lever on my CCDST 30-40 HW

the lower one looks to be for a lowall yes a highwall or lowall lever will work in eather gun but the tang in front of the trigger is a little thinner and shorter on a lowall

The middle High Wall in 25-20 wcf of mine, has a slightly different scrolled lever from the above photo. Makes me wonder how many variations there might have been.

Whenever I look at the many sorts seen on all brands of rifles I wonder how many are really useful. I have had a couple and never found any benefit of them being present. I didn't change them, but I never used 'em either.
