Ideal .25-77 mould

Got a chance to try out this new to me integral handled Ideal mould stamped on sprue plate .25-77.  This is a 6 band bullet weighing 98grs. using 25-1 lead-tin alloy.  The Strange  thing is base band measures .2605"  while the forward five measure .256".  It,'s a two dia. bullet, but .256 is pretty large for breech seating. I guess I could size nose first with .251" sizer to band in front of base ?  Never came across this before.

What kind of seating tool? Might be a little tough with a push-seater (or not, it is only a .25 bullet after all) but should pose no problem with a leveraged seater (or a cam seater like bpjack's). I wouldn't mess with altering the band diameters without giving it a good workout as-cast first.

What is the groove size of the barrel you'll be shooting it in?

I have that same mold that I use for my 25-20 92 Carbine, only that the bullet weighs 80 grains, and the diameter is .257. I think your mold may have been opened-up a bit.
