Take an expanded case and fill it full of lead.  Drill out the primer pocket hole and insert a screw. I use a short drywall screw. Coat the case with fine valve grinding compound and and twist it back and forth in the chamber with a screwdriver. Rotate the case as you do.

I used one for a rough chamber on one of my 32-40's. Worked like a charm.
