What loads are guys using for .25-20 WCF?  I’m assuming it’s different bullets and loads than the jacketed soft points they sell for hunting.

Look at some of the past Central Sierra Schuetzen Club match reports. Load data is listed in those reports.

Jerry H turned me on to Remington brass for breech seating 25-20 Win.  Prior to that a my Winchester or Starline cases would separate at the neck after al little as 10 uses.  I can't remember if I have ever had that issue since I switched to Remington.

If Winchester brass is all you have, all being difficult to find, you might try annealing. Works for me, but not as good as Remington brass.

Some of the problem could be the pressures some are reaching at the velocity they are getting. Headspace can be a contributing factor also, although breech seating helps in that regard as one is not work hardening the brass as much. Again, "good controlled, and consistent" annealing is helpful, if done right.
