Thanks BudHyett    I have formed 25-20 wcf from 32-20 with no problems. I just have a thing about 25-20 in 32-20 clothing. Much of it being age and set in my way of doing things. Thankfully, Starline is making 32-20, as it was/is getting hard to find. It would seem a simple procedure for them to make runs of 25-20 as there is a need.

When I was shooting reformed 32-20 or Winchester head stamped 25-20 Win breech seating, I would have a neck separation in as little as 10 firings.  On advise from Jerry H, I took out a bank loan and bought some 25-20 Remington off of Gun Broker.  No separations so far.

Well the wind got out of hand before I could do a fair test. I did determine that the 25-20 Win low wall with a newly thoated chamber likes the Paul Jones bullet better than the NOE but the 22 Hornet prefers the NOE.  The low wall load showed less of a tendency to string vertically.  I don’t think it needs any further experimenting.  The Hornet did put 8 of 10 shots into 1-1/2".  I will give it some additional time based on the settings that I ended up with today.  My range gets pretty sketchy when the wind blows.  My 10 yard flag can be showing nothing while the 75 yard one is showing 15 mph hard left.  It blew over mid string and later the top blew off the pivot.  My 2” Daisy Shatterblast clays were safe today but the can of unsweetened Costco sparkling water was not.
