Basically brand new gun. Had about 10 rods of smokeless through it when I bought it. Never shot it. Installed Shaver trigger and sear, had trigger set at about 2.5 lbs. 34”
Badger barrel.  Stock front sight with spirit level. No rear sight but can include stocK AMT rear sight for $300 off my 40-65 browning. Have the box. 
Gun is almost 99 percent except for it’s been dinked on both sides of the receiver where I had a gunsmith remove a pin to put the trigger back In. Scratched the case color a little. Paid 2k for it years ago, but I got
