Eliminating problem when finger-seating bullets

Guys,

I thought I’d pass along a technique that eliminates greased bullets from popping up out of the neck when finger seating with little or no neck tension.  After lubing & prior to inserting the bullet, lightly scribe (scratch) down the driving band portion of the bullet with a razor blade.  Do not scribe the base band, just the driving bands.  2 or 3 light scratches around the bullet are sufficient to allow any captured air to escape.  The technique works 100% for me & has not affected my accuracy or scores.
