Tang Sight Parts

I'm looking at this Trapdoor sporting rifle and as you can see in the photo below, the tang sight is missing the eye disc and the female beveled part the eye disc screws into. Does anyone know of who works/repairs such sights for the old rifles?

P.S.: I contacted Montana Vintage Arms and the lady who responded to my email told me they are a production company and do not do custom work.

Thank you.

I think if you find, or buy a aperture disc for most any tang sight, you could easily make a square piece to go behind it and drill and tap a hole to match the aperture. Just need to make sure the threaded part of the disc is long enough. Or that the square piece is stepped so the center fits into the staff to get closer to the disc.
Guy could whittle one out with a hacksaw, and some file work.

32-35, Contact Tony Maddox at  (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links) POB 1020 Sundance Wy.82729  307 281 1641. He is producing a line of sights for single shot rifles. One of his eye cups and a threaded bar would work for you. I think this is an officers rifle tang sight based on your post on another site. If he would like  picture of the original parts I could send him a picture of one of my OM sights. I checked his website and its not showing his sight display? Perhaps call him. Hope this helps.

Tom. I went to Tony's web site and it looks great. Thank you very much.

marlinguy. Thank you for your confidence in my abilities. Unfortunately, based upon my experience with myself, I don't have the same confidence  Smiley.
