refinishing damascus barrels

Does anyone know someone who can properly restore the finish on damascus barrels? I'm mainly interested in SxS shotgun barrels but a lot of single shot rifles have damascus barrels too. I've had some rust blued but the beautiful pattern becomes almost undiscernable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you will go to the forum at (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links) , you will find some great threads on this subject by stallones and Damascus.  I think you will have to join to be able to see pictures and search.  A wealth of information.

Thanks for the heads up; I have at least two dozen old doubles so I think I'll join today. This forum is the absolute best!
