Any centerfire #1 Sporting Rifle is a great find! Hopefully it's got a great bore! I have two in .40-50SS, but never owned a bottleneck version. Is brass going to be tough to find, or build?

Vall it came with 20 pcs, and it can be made from 45-70! Bore is 7/10!

I got its twin brother, MH. Mine spent some time with Native Americans as it has some hieroglyphics carved into the wood.  Same caliber too. My bore is about 3/10.
New wood and a liner and it'll be good for another hundred years.

Sounds like a cartridge I'd like to try if I come across one in the bottleneck version, simply because of the donor brass it uses!
The .40-50SS I shoot has over the last couple years really become one of my favorites, and I love shooting my #1 Sporter in this cartridge. The .40-50SS is easily made from cheap .30-40 or .303 British brass.

Congrats - it's rare to find a nice #1 sporting rifle at the average carnival-like guns show.
