yep, mines a takedown and I only have the receiver half that's original, but the engraving is a match.

Nice rifle, I’ve a soft spot for martini’s, though I do wonder about the carving knife in the case with the rifle....

Working on a 44 1/2 with English proofs that has a similar ring.

Looks like a hook style sling attachment point, I’ve got some just like it that I’ll be fitting to my 404 Jeffrey. I’ve got the hooks for the leather sling as well and the leather, just need to put it all together
