C. Sharps Hepburn

Anyone have any experience with the Remington Hepburn recreation that C. Sharps out of Big Timber, MT does?  I've wanted a Hepburn for some time and with the prices of the originals skyrocketing, the recreation is looking better and better.  I just know nothing about them.  I've several Shiloh products, some Ballards, and a High Wall from Wyoming Armory.  But I've never owned anything from C. Sharps.

I do, and my answer would be if it's a Hepburn you want, get ahold of DZ Arms and get your order placed.

+++ on DZ Arms.  I have two Hepburn's that they made for me.  Excellent rifles.  Great service.

Having owned rifles from both DZ Arms & C. Sharps, there is little difference in quality or price. Both make an excellent rifle. The only advantage for one over the other might be with a 22LR chambering, where DZ has cleverly designed his block to "spring-back" after ejection of the cartridge to a point where it acts as a loading ramp for the next round. Other than that you will get a terrific rifle from either one of them.

Can't say anything about the C. Sharps, but the DZ Arms copy is supposed to be the same.
