I’m not real big on barrel cleaning a couple of my rifles that I use for lead bullet shooting haven’t been cleaned in years but when I do I use original hobbies number nine I have about a quart left and when I don’t use that I like a little Ed’s red of my own variety. Black powder I like simple green full strength I always clean Black powder barrels two or three wet patches a couple of dry patches and then some oil and I’m done pretty simple and it’s a clean barrel.
