	I believe that is Bridger himself in his best Sunday attire. Also one loonng round barrelled Sharps.

	I didn't think it was Jim Bridger, since Bridger was born in 1804, and not sure there are any photographs of a young Jim Bridger ever taken? Since photography was in it's infancy when Bridger was a young man, it wouldn't seem to be used enough to get an image of him at that age. Photography wasn't even around until it was developed in the 1830's in France.
