The joy of eating antelope depends upon what it has been eating! Sagebrush tastes like sagebrush! However, if you can find one that eats from a grain field there is no finer meat.

That can be said about any wild meat, even domestic stuff. Tasted the differences way too often, with both wild and domestic critters, from quail to elk & every kind of meat we bought in stores. Sigh!!!!
