Just bought Model 44 Stevens in 3240 it has a tang sight  made by BSA.

There is a Martini 12 on Gunbroker at Duffy's.  Does your sight look anything like that one?  David

Does the base have the usual side by side screws that a BSA sight usually has? Or is it possible another base was adapted to it to use on the Stevens?

Looks like it is Long stem with 6 hole eye pice.

nice find!  For myself, I find the aperture sights really help old eyes.
