Looking for Info On rolling Block

Looking for information on a roller that came out of Burke's Gun Shop ( Auction ) in Laceyville, Pa. Look's like it was restocked and barreled. The barrel has  5/30/01 and BMP on it . Trying to find out who did this work. Thanks for any help, it is a Sunny day here in middle GA. Bonner

Just guessing it was done by an individual for himself.

Gunsmith's have inline stamp holders and the numbers/letters would have been straighter if done by a gunsmith.
