Does anyone know about this chambering?  Is it a traditional Sharps caliber?  Do you form cases from .45-70 cases (also 21/10)?
Thanks from Big Sky Country

That is the length of 45-70 case.  Just another name some use at times for the 45-70.

I typed the wrong caliber.  Wasn't thinking straight.  I meant to ask about .50 x2 1/10.  Sorry about the confusion.

I have a 50-2.5 that's a 50-90,50-1.75 that's a 50-70,have never heard of a 50-2.1. You might have to do a chamber cast to see what the chamber is, not what is wrote on the barrel.

Frank Sellers book on the Sharps rifle lists original 50 caliber cartridge lengths as 1 3/4", 2" and 2 1/2".  I have never heard of a 50X2 1/10" cartridge.

You must be looking at that 50-2 1/10 on GinBroker.  The barrel is clearly marted that way.  Makes me wonder too ad I have never heard of a 50-2 1/10 chambering.
