WINDER musket bbl liner

I have a 22lr with a bore that appears to be in very rough shape.  Who might be able to install a bbl liner to restore some sort of accuracy?

CPA Rifles is in Dingman's Ferry, PA. Check with them.
If you don't mind shipping across the country (he won't need the wood), John Taylor, who posts in the forum, in Puyallup, WA would do a fine job. Best not be in a hurry with either, as all good 'smiths are backed up.

The difference between Redman liners and T.J.'s, Redman is button rifled and T.J.'s is hammer forged. I believe the hammer forged is a better liner and there are more calibers available.
CPA has sent me a couple liner jobs to do in the past. I don't know how many they get in or if they have anyone else doing them.
