So, I believe I have what may be a one of a kind factory Ruger No 1. ( I don't make that claim lightly.)  Won't go into details here as this is not the forum for it.  BUT,

Where would be the best venue to offer it for sale?  Gunbroker?  A Ruger forum?

Try the Ruger # 1 Group at:

They have over 1700 dedicated # 1 members in the group and and most of them are Shooters and Collectors, I'm sure you wont have any problems selling it there.

BTW,
A lot of them are from PA and there's no cost to sell anything on the group as long as it's # 1 related.
