Freeland Tube Sight

I had a lefty Martini MK III follow me home today and it came with both a mint condition 20X Super Targetspot and a Freeland tube sight set.  I can't find much info on the Freeland.   I am especially interested in the value.  It consists of a 61/2 I front tube marked as 50yd with a complete set of colored inserts and a 9 1/2" rear tube with 1" Unertl mounts.  I have been searching the web and finding little info.  I can post photos tomorrow, but they are in near mint condition.  Thanks in advance

Freeland marketed a tube sight that was used on the longer action BSA Martini Mark III.  It was used in conjunction witha front sight set. One with a higher base for 50yds and one with a lower base for 100yds.  This alleviated a need for a 2 step front base or 6 minutes of rear sight elevation for changing from 50yds to 100yds.  This is my kit.

In 1970 the rear tube sight sold for $90.00.   Today, on Ebay they bring $250 - $375.  The front sight sets bring around  $275. Apertures will increase prices. These sights are used on Anschutz rifles but require special or custom bases. Here are a couple of pages from a 1970 Freeland catalog. They are not very clear.

Thanks for the info.  After I said I would buy the Martini, they said, "oh by the way this Freeland sight comes with it"
Here are some photos.
