Whitey try Morrison Miniature Machines, they list the 2 BA size taps and die on the Hand Tools page, they also have over size special taps & dies listed. It looks to me that the 2 BA thread is about 32tpi not the 36tpi you need.

British Association threads are true bas**rds, not inch or metric and 47.5* thread angle.
