One of those Pith helmets with a built in fan for circulating air around the head stops fogging; but will get in the way with the rifle stock when you sight. Maybe if you trim the stock side of the helmet off.

Or shoot out West where we do not get so humid.

I'll hold him down if you want to slap him!  Angry  Dry heat indeed. Smiley  At my range, although wearing regular glasses, one must also wear safety glasses.  With 95+ heat and heat index of 110+, sweating and fogging gets really bad. Cry

More space between the glass and your face makes for less fogging.  After resiting it for years went to Decot Hi Wyd's.  They are the ones to use. Don't have to stop and wipe every relay like my old Ray Ban Shooters.

Half a million shotgun shooters can't be wrong.

Scuba divers smear toothpaste in their mask to keep it from fogging.  Let it dry and wipe it off.  Gel might not be as abrasive as regular white paste.

Been a SCUBA diver for almost 50 years. Never used toothpaste. Spit works good but tobacco juice is better (get out the Red Man). There are commercial products sold at dive shops for keeping the mask from fogging up that would probably work for shooting glasses.

Current SCUBA practice frequently is to make a very weak solution of dish detergent in water as the mask de-fogger.  I agree that tooth paste should not be used as it is abrasive... they only suggest it to remove the greasy stuff left over from manufacturing so it can be used the first time.

My problem is not fog but sweat rolling down inside my glasses!  Undecided

Johnson baby shampoo. Smear it on, rinse it off-not too vigorously.
