Who is good at re-boring (not re-lining) barrels to 28 and 32?

    I think you probably are wanting re-boring, as well as re-rifling.  Two separate procedures.

    Please tell me what the barrel material is, or in the alternative the rifle (assuming it is a long gun) manufacture and model number, and what chamber you are wanting to put it in.

    Is the barrel removed from the action?  I can make a recommendation, but need to know what you plan is.

    The same question was asked RE: a high wall rifle under the ASSRA "gunsmithing" section which may be of interest to you.

    Just scroll down about 8 to 10 threads and you should come to it.
