Marine Tex for the bedding and auto wax as a release agent.  I find that for small shop jobs such as this I weigh the 2 part Marine Tex to assure a correct mix.  I find that the mix BY WEIGHT is 7 to 1. IMHO it is too difficult to "eyeball" a 5/1 volumetric mix when weighing gets it "just right".....Regards...Gary

For release agent try Kiwi neutral shoe polish .
You can find it in Safeway etc in a small can.

Clean items then warm to touch with spotlight .
Apply with a cotton cloth under great light.
Wait ten minutes and buff with another cotton cloth .

I have used most release agents .
This is the best way so far.........
