This topic was started in the Reloading section but it appears this the proper place to continue. What can anyone tell me about the Rolling Block Musketoons? I know the Spanish Guards used some but this is a Turkish model. The chamber cast comes up as a 11.43 X 55R (2.30" long case) which is the same as the 44-90 "What Cheer", not the 11.43 X 50 Egyptian Remington (1.94" long case.) I brought the rifle to the Colorado Gun Collectors show this past weekend and showed it to several people familiar in Remington Rolling Blocks. Every one said they had never seen nor heard of one. I would just like to know what it is I have. Ideas?

Thanks John Boy.

I had regestered on that websight about 2 weeks ago. Still no contact from the Moderator. I guess I will continue to wait.
