Stevens 44 1/2 Two screw Forend

Ended up with a 44 1/2 action the other day and am in the planning stage of designing a completed rifle. I'd like to go with a long two screw forearm, but don't have access to an original barrel to measure the proper locations for the forearm screw holes.

Does anyone have measurements from an original? I know I can get fairly close by scaling from a picture, but I want to do justice to the old rifle and get it right.  Smiley

Thanks, BP

From an original take down Stevens 28-30-120 44 1/2:

Length of Forearm: 10 1/2 inches
Distance Between Screw: 5 1/4 inches
1st Screw center from edge of receiver: 7/8 inches
2nd Screw center from edge of receiver: 6 1/8 inches
