I believe they quit making them when they became RCBS. This particular one was one of those prototypes that Fred built before he began producing them commercially. The later ones are similar, but minor changes in screws and bolts.
RCBS makes a similar tool today called the Compac Tool:

Vall, the Compac tool is from Huntington Die Specialties, and is marketed by RCBS.  My understanding is that HDS developed this press in house after the family sold the RCBS business.  It uses standard 7/8"-14 dies and RCBS shellholders.  It's a great tool, I have one and use it when working up fixed ammo loads at the range.  Just bring my powder measure, scale and hand press with a seating die screwed in...
