Sharp's Rook Rifle

Gentlemen,
My apologies for my absence.  Our well gave up, so the last 12 days have been spent swinging a pick.  (Apparently, some #1 owners are unwashed).

I have an idea which I would like to submit for input or criticism, be it positive or negative to determing the feasibility of a project.

The above mentioned brainstorm is to scale an 1877 Credmoore Sharp's to 2/3's for use as a Rook Rifle.

Whatta ya think ?   Undecided

I think one of the Sharps producers already has done this, just can't remember who. I handled one at the NRA convention several years ago in Pittsburgh and it was really cute, expensive too, but cute.

Thanks for the link, Dave.  Went there and looked at them, they are beautiful - - - but a little pricey.

Ya know, it takes an awful lot of hot water and a very hot clothes dryer to shrink that steel!   Grin  No wonder it's so expensive!
