Try this:

(You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)

I have loaded 20.0 gr 4759 with a 210 gr .41 cal. pistol bullet and have loaded 4759 with 400 gr lead bullets as well. I don't recall the charge weight for the latter. Having said this, I recommend you give black powder a fair try as well.

By the way, is this for an original Winchester barrel? If so the twist rate may indicate lighter bullets.

I use 54 grains of Cartridge grade Goex over 10 grains of 4759 with a Federal Match primer.  The bullet is a custom 350 grain bullet lubed with beeswax/peanut oil/Castille soap.

Group size is right at 1" @ 100 yards with iron sights.  Muzzle crown is recessed target.  The rifle is a custom Martini, stocked in Walnut with a steel buttplate.

Post Script: milk carton overpowder wad with newspaper wad on top of that.  Load compressed approximate 1/8" and powder fed in via a 38" drop tube.
