Miller Action Rear Sight Options

What are the best options for a decent rear sight for a Miller Action Rifle. Thinking maybe an old Redfield International Match and get a top mount rail adapter for it.

Yes, that's what I did.  Not on a Miller but a Peregrine and a Hoch I made it to fit the scope rails and it works well for me.

I like the Anschutz diopter on the Hoch. Similar to the Miller.

Stunningly beautiful rifle Westerner. My Miller would be embarrassed in your Hoch's presence.

Weirdly attractive. 

Here's a CPA diopter mount. I use one on my Borchardt. Not really handy but manageable.  If I were to do the Rice style mount for a receiver sight it would mount on both scope blocks rather than one. Cannot tell you how many times and how many bullets Chuck used getting on target with the single base attachment.
