Need some a advice on this action

Picked this action up many years ago intending to build a rifle on it, but just not gonna happen.  Ready to sell, but a friend suggests that the threads are not good.  Any info would be helpful, threads OK? Age? Value?  Can't seem to find any history of something similar selling recently.

Thanx in advance,

Looks like a BSA Martini Cadet made for Australia.  And the threads definitely look horrible.  It’s all fixable, but a smart buyer will take that into account, and price will suffer.

A good machinist could bore those threads out and make a bushing for it. The Cadet action is for small caliber pistol or rifle.

A better fix is to bore to .75 and tap 13/16 x 16 and install a new barrel

No matter what the price will suffer. Both in the fix and overall valve.
