Top is a Paul R. Dodge 22lr. It's on a forged pg action. 
Bottom Griffin & Howe 25 wcf. It's also on a forged pg action. TLC is in progress on it.

I like the second one best. It reminds me of the movie, Planet Of The Apes. I can see a monkey on a horse shooting at Charlton Heston with it.
Neat caliber 25-20 Winchester.

Paul R. Dodge was the secretary and treasurer of the Yreka Gun Club in the mid- 1920s.

He also had a hardware / sporting goods store.

Work started. Block halves match but not action.
Vernier sight going on my Union Hill #9 numbers match on it even the unengraved Rigby barrel.
Pad removed.
