Something to consider.
I have Uberti Low Wall that I enjoy.
Believe they are around $1,200.00--$1,300.00. (one on Gun Broker chambered in 45 colt))
I also have a couple of other Uberti's which I think are well made and quite presentable. Yes they are repro's.
My Low Wall was re barreled by the prior owner to 32-40 (12 twist)
For the price of the rifle and a different barrel, you can have the cartridge you want in very little time compared to a 5K new build. Granted it's not a 'Sharps' or an antique but for the $$$ to me it's a good compromise if looking for a Low Wall.
Of course the CPA 44 1/2 is a great choice & worth considering.
I didn't know they are building Low Walls. , A recent search on line does not address this.

My concern is by the time I select all the options I want it's 5k. That is the price/quality of rifle in looking for. I'm just not sure a C.Sharps 1885 is worth spending that much money on. Getting exactly what you want is not cheap.
I have a C.Sharps High Wall. It's a nice plain gun. Not sure what someone can tell me that I want to hear.
