I use the middle finger technique too when I use a palm rest.  Sadly it doesn't help 😀

It seems to help!  I guess if you make the center of the bull your enemy...you tend to try and hit it more often.....

Changing to the hardholder technique is paying off for me.  I'm consistently getting better, and I shot a 6 moa group today.  Seven touching and 3 opening the group up.   

The blue and the pink are the last two groups I shot.  The ones above it with lines drawn through the shots are my wifes targets, sometimes they stray near mine.  We alternate shooters and shoot on the same sheet of target dots.

I think I'll move the sights down 3/16" or so.

I used the bird hold technique in the nineties. Got tired of the comments so switched to my index finger. Used to use a targ dot on my glasses instead of a blinder. Got tired of the comments so now I close my left eye. My scores went up and it feels more natural. Thank you for your comments...  Smiley
