Can a Remington Rolling Block rifle in 25 RF be relined to 22 RF without moving the firing pin location to fire the 22 RF ?

Shouldn't be a problem, but after reaming the chamber you might want to make a slight cut at the rim recess where the firing pin strikes if it might touch the edge of the rim cut.
