How common, or uncommon, were Getz smoothbore barrels?

But of course.  Wasn't that their business model?
I stopped in one day and talked to them about a centerfire barrel for a custom Mauser project but the son pulled the plug on the business before I placed the order.

That said, was is there, was there, much demand for Getz smoothbore barrels?

This is why I ask.

A double project with a Getz .45 barrel and a Getz 28ga.

Soft soldered, I suspect it is more valuable if the barrels were sold individually.

I emailed these pictures to a friend that has been talking about building a double muzzleloader.

He is asking for a length, weight and if there are an holes in them yet?

Better pictures of the breech end would be helpful.

Red, you might want to spend some more time in finding out how to downsize your photos to a width that fits on a page.

No holes drilled.
Both barrels have breech plugs and they are mechanically connected at breech with a machined block.

Other details tomorrow as I am traveling until tomorrowafternoon.

These pics are cropped and resized.

I asked an IT friend and it is a "simple" update to the forum to install auto resizing so the members don't need to deal with this.

At my computer, I host them offsite.  On my phone, this the best I can do easily.

Red, it is not a matter of the number of kilobytes but of the width in pixels. Here it is at 1200 pixel width, for example.
And 1000 pixels would have been better.

Yes, I know.
Phone gives me option of file size.
Worked thru it in my introductory thread.
