What length / weight bullet would be a good starting point for a new to me CPA Benchrest with an RKS Gain Twist Stainless Barrel. Have AA9 and 300MP for starters. Thanks.

Depends on what caliber the barrel is and what the final twist of the gain twist barrel finishes at:

.32 caliber gain twist finishing at:

11.5:1 twist uses 230 to 240 grain bullets preferred
12:1 twist uses  220 to 230 grain bullets preferred
14:1 twist uses 200 to 210 grain bullets preferred
16:1 twist uses 180 to 190 grain bullets preferred
