You need a Harbor Freight 2" chop saw. There are, or was 3d printed jigs for it on eBay. I have done 300 cases on mine.

Those chop saws work great. I make small wooden chambers to slip the brass into which hold allow a quick cut  to very near the correct length and then trim to clean the cut.
