Help IDing my Stevens Single Shot

Hi All,

I have a Stevens Single Shot .22 that a friend left with me to repair.  I need help identifying it by correct Model so I can find the Parts.  What pictures would you like???

A clear broadside picture of the receiver should identify it for sure.

Description of where the extractor is (6:00, 7:00)

There are several different types of rifles that Stevens made.
