Winchester 1885 barrel info

At what point do you need to relieve the bottom of the barrel for leaf spring clearance on a Winchester single shot? More specifically, what size barrel(s) require clearance?
I have a round barrel I want to install on a lowwall, mostly because it was free and looks good inside.
It will be 1.080" at the face of the receiver, just a bit larger than a #3, which is 1.050.
Or, do I need to do anything at all?
Thanks, Richard

I have a #3 on a highwall with no cut, and after your answer, there's no relief in sight.
