Gunsmith to convert Stevens 44 breech

Who would be a good candidate to send my .25 cal 44 breech block to in order to convert the angle and pin to .22 cal?

I assume your BB is rimfire and not centerfire now.   

The Favorite that I rebuilt, as shown in a different thread under the gunsmithing section, was originally Stevens 25 RF and did not require any modifications to the BB to work for 22 LR.

This is 25-20ss but I guess I was under the impression that it needed to be moved toward center for a 22 LR. I followed your other threads. Learned a lot. Just not set up yet to take it on myself. I want to bend the lower tang too but I’d rather pay someone because of time.

If it's a center fire block I would guess someone would be mighty happy to trade you a 22 rimfire block.  The 44 center fire blocks are a bit harder to find.
