Is Weatern Bullet Co. still in business?

I ask because an order I placed on 20 July. and acknowleged the same day without a tracking number. I sent a follow up email a week later, and have not recieved a reply.

It’s been a while since I ordered anything, but standard procedure  was something like, 
Place order
Wait a couple weeks wondering if the order went through
Send an email, wait a couple weeks for a response. 
Give up on the whole thing 
Pick up bullets next day in the mail box.

I don’t think I ever got a response for an order and anything listed as in stock showed up 4-6 weeks.

Never had anything nor show up.

It’s kind of like old school mail order.
