The only thing I heard is that some guy named Wes Turner did fairly well.

Those two beat me all the time in my neck of the woods. Good to see them doing well in New Mexico. 50 shots offhand? Oh my aching back. We can hardly get anyone to even shoot a 10 shot CF offhand target in Tacoma. Rick and I and sometimes Steve Fotou have been the only offhand CF shooters there in the last 5 years.

I have some scores. Here is the Grand Agg. As usual, Joe shot the any sight offhand with iron sights like he always does.

Way to go Wes! Great scores! Same for the others who shot as well, or close to it!

Great scores Wes! Your center shots are outstanding! Especially in the Iron Sight Bench Rest Match!
I'm not a complete idiot, some of my parts are missing.

The first time I shot at Raton, NM was 1996 and there were 105 shooters on the line.
Single shot shooting being an extremely enjoyable sport; was well attended by many enjoying it with all their familyy members who created long lasting friendships with other fellow shooters from across North America.
It is so disappointing to see only 18 shooters on the line this year.
But I know they are having a great time.
I have shot many shoots with 11 of these shooters and I congratulate them all for continuing the enthusiasm.
