Gunsmith needed in San Antonio

I have a .22 Ballard BPCR style rifle I need the barrel shortened, recrowned, and front dovetail recut. I tried some stores, but most didn't know what a Ballard was. Really like to find someone I could trust, barrel is blued so I would like to preserve that as well. Anyone know a smith somewhere in this area, willing to travel. Thanks Tom
