Tiny shot shell?

I'm sure someone here can tell me about this.  I believe I read somewhere, where one of the companies, a long time ago, had a small shot shell that was shot indoors... but, I may have dreamed this.  Is this maybe one of them?

It measures .350 just forward of the rim.  No markings other than a "W" on the head.

The first thing I thought of was Winchester’s Wingo, but that isn’t it.

I am trying to recall if there were any other similar products, but other than 9mm smoothbore garden guns, I’m drawing a blank.

Pretty sure Winchester turned out plenty of those 9mm shells, but I “thought” those had a brass body

"9mm Flobert is a rimfire shotshell cartridge most often found overseas in Europe and is generally used exclusively for light pest control at close ranges."

Very similar to a 9mm rim fire round only plastic and brass instead of solid brass,

This one looks like the one in my collection: brass and paper with a roll crimp over a wad.
