Good evening. I did a brief search to see if I could turn up the info I'm about to share, but didn't find anything herein...  Therefore:

I called White Rock Tool & Die Co, Mr. Keith Rice, (816) 454-0478, today in search of a 40-60 Maynard 1882 chamber reamer to rent. Unfortunately Mr. Rice did not have a 40-60 tool available.

He went on to tell me that he had closed the shop in Kansas City, shop location lost due to construction project.  He has moved to Texas, still has the reamer tooling available to rent, and is still providing that service from his new home.  I asked him if it was ok with him to share this on a couple of forums that promote his services and he gave his ok.

Looks like Elk Ridge is the only place I've found a 40-60 Maynard to rent.
