Does anyone know what size and pitch of threads were used on the barrel threads of these little rifles , have a friend who is wanting to rebarrel one , trying to gain some info before diving in . My research thus far indicates that Frank Dehaas covered this rifle in his book A Potpourri of Single Shot Rifles and Actions , but I do not have a copy on hand . Any help greatly appreciated. JR

Is this the same one that is covered up in the "Important Topics" above under "Fraser Highlander"?

Well, if you read that article, you will advise him to find another project...  Nothing to do with Daniel Fraser, not in design, not in quality of execution.

One of the worthless pieces of junk resides not far from where I sit.  Way too much time and effort has been invested wasted in trying to make it even marginally serviceable.
