Use an old Perfect Circle piston ring decal for a target and then use it for a sticker on the rifle that shot the group.
Used to be free at the parts houses- just laying on the counter for you to grab.

I was given a sew-on patch for silhouette shooting many years ago. since I never wore the same shirt at matches it was set aside. still pinned to the wall near my loading bench. gotta be an antique by now.

Joe, If you went to the right match, you'd get a sticker, as evidenced by my rifles.
To be clear, the stickers weren't received by me. One was a friends son who I loaned the rifle to long term so he could compete. The other was from a woman who qualified for the olympic team, and was given a new rifle to use, so she sold her old one. I purchased it, as I wanted a rifle that I had enough confidence in to know that any errors were my own, not to be blamed on the rifle. Unfortunately, the errors remain, so I have a high level of confidence it is me, now.

All my posts are directed toward/about single shot lead bullet matches. I stopped attending high power and small bore matches many years ago. Don't remember ever getting a sticker at those matches I could put on my rifle.
Thinking if you want a sticker you better get um made yourself and stick um. A high power rifle match sticker on a single shot target rifle would be tackier than an Advance Adapters sticker

I used to sticker my Smallbore Prone and modern Silhouette rifles. Fairly common those disciplines. Mostly sight settings, match equipment check approvals too.
Don’t think I would ever sticker a nice single shot.
