Trapdoor re barrel

Hello all I’m completely new to this forum, so if this is not in the correct place I’m sorry.
I have a project I’m working on and I need to find someone that can put an octagon barrel on my trapdoor action. I’m in Pennsylvania.
Thanks to all that respond

Just to throw something out there I re barreled one in 40-50 SBN. It had already been altered so I didn't have any concerns doing it. Used Badger barrel I had on hand. Shoots good with a 350 gr RCBS bullet and some 4198 powder. Not much recoil and just fun to shoot.

I'm still curious as to which caliber.  I've been thinking about doing the same thing in .40-65.  Can't take the recoil from the 45-70 anymore.

Other options?

Thanks

Chuckster, that’s a beautiful piece. Trapdoor Dick made it down to a single shot gathering I used to host in Virginia. He’d bring some nice examples of his work and was glad to talk your ear off about the work/process. Very nice gentleman.

I’ve kind of always wanted a TD in 38-55.
